Breakfast and departure for Médoc taking the Route des Châteaux.
Harvest Workshop in a Cru Bourgeois:
-The importance of vintage
- Tasting of berries: the evolution in the ripening and differences in the varieties
- The selection of the grapes
- Wine tasting.
Lunch
Workshop of oenology in the Cru Bourgeois
- Fermentation
- The vinification methods.
- Tasting of backward wines
