Two days entirely dedicated to wine harvest for those who dream of seeing from the inside which is traditionally reserved to wine professionals.

- 1st Day: The harvest in Sauternais
Pick up at your hotel three stars in the center of Bordeaux.
Introductory course to wine tasting and oenology at the Wine School of Bordeaux.
- Presentation of the vineyard Bordelais.
- The vines and the blending grape varieties.
- Mechanism and vocabulary of wine tasting.
- Tasting of four wines and open debate.
Departure for Sauternes to discover the exceptional wine and the most charming region of Bordelais. Lunch in a country Inn in Sauternes.
Visit and tasting in a wine-growing estate in Sauternais:
- The soil type and climate, and the development of the fungus Botrytis Cinerea are the special condition for the production of sweet dessert wines like Sauternais. Harvest by several passages, is the best way to have a top quality dessert wine.

2nd Day: The Harvest in Médoc
Breakfast and departure for Médoc taking the Route des Châteaux.
Harvest Workshop in a Cru Bourgeois:

- Tasting of berries: the evolution in the ripening and differences in the varieties
- The selection of the grapes
- Wine tasting.
