Cuisine and colours of the Roussillon
Admidst the Pyrenees Orientales, the Roussillon winegrowers are waiting for you. They will open the doors of their domains and will offer you the secret of their ancestral vine traditions.

Arrival at the end of the day in Roussillon, you check in your beautiful **** épis "Chambre d'hôtes, situated in the heart of an 18th century vineyard domain in the Roussillon plain, closed to Perpignan.
Free Diner.
After breakfast, departure for the Côte Vermeille. On the road, you will discover the enchanting village of Collioure, nested between its Royal Castle and its famous belfry church. This magic place is a lively memory of artists such as Matisse, Derain or Dufy. You will enjoy a walk in the typical streets and you may listen to the sound of the "Sardane" (local dance)...
Before lunch, you will visit one of the last production of anchovies awarded "Site Remarquable du Goût" (Site of Culinary Excellence). Then following the coastal road, you will discover the "Côte Rocheuse" creeks and the charming village of Banyuls, nested among terrace vineyards, whose "vin doux naturel" took its name from.
At 2 PM, you will share an eceptional moment with your winegrower who shows you the variety of Banyuls and Collioure AOC (wine of controlled origin) vineyards, and then you will enjoy a tasting of these exceptional wines "Site Remarquable du Goût" (Site of Culinary Excellence). Then put on your apron for a two hours Cuisine Class with one of the most renowned Chef of the Roussillon.
You will enjoy eating a "made by yourself" diner, which will be served with Collioure and Banyuls wines. Back to your Chambre d'hôtes for the night.

After breakfast, you will discover the secret "Aspres" region, visit of a vineyard estate with the wine grower, wine tasting, lunch and free visit of Castelnou, a pretty medieval village, nested on the top of a rock and dominated by its castle, from where you get a view on the whole valley.
