Short escapade by the Lagune de Thau side, among seashells and wine from the Languedoc.

This escapade in Languedoc will enable you to discover the sea food products and the local and regional products, and enjoy the beautiful Mediterranean light.

Arrival in Montpellier, the capital of Languedoc Roussillon offers the charm of its old districts, its beautiful gardens alongside the modern works of architecture of Ricardo Bofill.
After a ramble on your own, departure to Bouzigues.
Check in at the end of the day in your hotel ** and situated by the lagoon.
Regional diner will be served in the very nice restaurant of your hotel, facing the port.
After your breakfast, departure for "La Lagune de Thau", main site of the "Conchylicole" activity, guided visit of a Mas Conchylicole classified "sites remarquables du goût" (Sites of Exceptional Culinary Taste) wich will be followed by a seafood tasting accompanied by the famous Picpoul de Pinet wine.
Early afternoon, if the weather allows it, departure for a mini-cruise on the Pond. In Sète, self guided tour to discover this lovely town celebrated by George Brassens, without FORGETTING TO GO TO THE mARITIME cEMETERY.
Back for the night to Bouzigues.

After the breakfast, departure to the little town of Pézenas, self guided tour through the picturesque alleys, its mansions from the 17th century, period of Moliere's life.
Next stop at the Abbey of Valmagne, prestigious building awarded "historic monument". Wine tasting at the end of the visit.
